If your computer is infected with a virus, trojan, rootkit, or any other form of malicious software follow these steps or throw away your pc and get a mac because a mac has little to no chance of getting infected!!!



1. Restart computer
2. When your computer comes on press F8
3. Go up with arrow keys and click enter on safe mode with networking
4. Go open your browser
5. Type in AVG 
6. Click on the second link under AVG.com click on free.avg.com
7. Download AVG free version
8. AVG free should appear on your desktop if not click start, my documents, downloads and it should be there
9. Double click AVG
10. As soon as it opens click update
11. When it's done click whole computer scan and wait
